Crown Point High School Athletics

The Bulldogs opened the season with a decisive win vs the Kankakee Valley Kougars. The Dogs scored 11 runs on 11 hits in just 5 innings of work. Ashlyn Kita went 3 for 3 at the plate with a solo shot home run. Anna Neal started of her first at bat of the season with a 3 run home run to left center field. Lulu Johnston was 2 for 4 with a roped line drive double that bounced off the top of the fence missing a home run by about 2 feet. Paige Liezert took the win in the circle going all 5 innings, allowing 2 hits, 1 run, and striking out 12. Varsity vs Kankakee Valley High School (11-1) Win
