Crown Point High School Athletics

Crown Point rolled over Highland on the road in a non-conference match, winning 8-1. The Bulldogs put up four goals in each half, overwhelming the Trojans while also keeping Highland’s offense mostly in check. Liam Bazin led the team with a hat-trick and an assist. Nate Townsend and Boge Majstoroski added 2 goals apiece, and Brayden Kurtz had 3 assists. With the win, the Bulldogs improved their overall record to 6-4-2, with a strong goal differential — having scored 40 and allowed 14. Looking forward, Crown Point will try to carry this momentum into their next matches, including a home game vs. Valparaiso on Wednesday and another vs. South Bend Saint Joseph on Saturday.
